Thông tin EOL, EOS vòng đời sản phẩm của Fortinet (Fortinet Product Life Cycle)

Fortinet thông báo và khuyến nghị đến khách hàng về Chính sách vòng đời sản phẩm của Fortinet.

Theo đó Fortinet có ba mốc quan trọng trong vòng đời sản phẩm mà mỗi sản phẩm Fortinet phải trải qua trước khi kết thúc vòng đời:

- Ngày kết thúc đơn đặt hàng (End of Order Date (EOO)) - Ngày kết thúc đơn đặt hàng là ngày cuối cùng mà sản phẩm phần cứng hoặc phần mềm có thể được đặt hàng, sau ngày này, sản phẩm không còn để bán. Fortinet sẽ thông báo trước tối thiểu 90 ngày về ngày EOO của sản phẩm bị ảnh hưởng bằng cách xuất bản thông báo EOL.

- Ngày Gia hạn Dịch vụ Cuối cùng (Last Service Extension Date (LSED)) - Ngày cuối cùng mà đơn đặt hàng sẽ được chấp nhận, đối với một sản phẩm không còn để mua, đối với việc gia hạn hợp đồng hiện có đối với các dịch vụ đăng ký hỗ trợ hoặc bảo mật. Không có hợp đồng dịch vụ nào có thể được gia hạn quá ngày EOS. Ngày gia hạn dịch vụ cuối cùng là 12 tháng trước ngày EOS cho sản phẩm có liên quan.

- Ngày Kết thúc Hỗ trợ (End of Support Date (EOS)) - Mốc cuối cùng trong vòng đời sản phẩm là Ngày Kết thúc Hỗ trợ. Sau ngày này, Fortinet sẽ không bán, sản xuất hoặc cải tiến sản phẩm và không có nghĩa vụ cung cấp dịch vụ hỗ trợ. Nói chung, EOS dành cho phần cứng diễn ra sau 60 tháng kể từ Ngày Kết thúc Đơn hàng.
